Covering Glutes, I'll be covering 3 exercises, show you what to do and what not to do.
1. A variation of a leg press using the leg sled focusing specifically on the hip and the glute.
2. Single Leg Press: - 10-15 reps (4 Sets, 2 second wait when at the bottom)
3. Hip Extension - 12-15 reps (4 Sets)
