In this episode of Uncut with IFBB Pro Jason Lowe, Jason takes you through a heavy chest session. Starting off with incline bench press he works his way up to 405 lbs for a top set. After going to basically failure he immediately drops the weight down to 3 plates and reps it out. Then he moves on to flat bench dumb bell presses with a set of 125s, to 150s, back to 125s and a drop set with 75s. His last "heavy" movement is bodyweight dips, being sure a load the chest at all basic three angles. He finishes up the workout with cable flies at various angles to fully fatigue the chest, and hits some lateral raises for a quick shoulder pump, cause why not!
