In the Season One Finale of Uncut with IFBB Pro Jason Lowe, Jason takes you through an insane pump filled Arm and Shoulder workout! He starts off with a heavy over head press into a giant set for the shoulders hitting each head of the delts. For arms Jason hits some curls and tricep extensions on cables then finishes off with some "dirty 30s" for each muscle. 3 exercises, 10 reps each, back to back.
