In the Season 2 premiere of Uncut with IFBB Pro Jason Lowe, follow along with Jason as he takes you through a chest workout deep into prep for his show at the Legion Sports Fest! At 5 weeks out Jason is a bit depleted but he still goes hard for this workout. Starting off with chest fly/press variation to open and warm up the pecs Jason moves into his heavy movement, incline smith machine press. He finishes up the workout with a few more fly variations and some body weight dips to hit all angles of the pecs.
