NFL Fullback Keith Smith

Hey y'all it's Kieth Smith, Fullback for the Oakland Raiders. I was born and raised in Pomona Valley, and played college football for San Jose State University. I was then drafted to the Dallas Cowboys in 2014. In 2018 I signed onto the Oakland Raiders, #41.

My mother Juli told me that I was obsessed with football, even before I could talk. In the first grade, I had a notebook that asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up. I had already written "play in the NFL." One of my role models is Jason David, who helped inspire me to get to where I am.

“At this level [NFL] the mental capacity is what separates the guys who make it and the guys who don’t because everybody is good and everybody is big, fast and strong, but if you make every play that you are supposed to make you’re gonna make it.”

IFBB Pro Charles Dixon

My name is Charles Dixon, known as Tank. I started my career in the early 2000. I began to train at an early age when my parent bought me a weight bench and weights. I then began to play football, it helped me with my conditioning. After I graduated from college I started working out in the local gym where I was given the opportunity to try body building.

During the course of my career it has be a rough road but I’ve never gave up.The sport of bodybuilding has been very rewarding to me. This sport has allowed me to experience so much over the years and words can’t express how much love I have for it.

Top Pro Powerlifter Brandon Allen

My name is Brandon Allen and I got into powerlifting as an opportunity to test myself against true strength athletes. I have always lifted weights and was strong compared to others, but I wanted to see how strong I was among powerlifters.  Before getting into Power lifting I was a gym rat. My training started due to football, but I excelled in the weight room more than I did on the field.

I push myself daily to become as strong as I possibly can. Guys like Stan Efferding, Eric Lillibridge, Brandon Lilly, to name a few, have paved the way for goals that I have set. My goals in Power lifting, besides being one of the best powerlifters in the world, is to be a successful gym owner. I plan on my powerlifting achievements helping my gym become a reality.

My number 1 tip to people looking to get into the sport is keep in mind that it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Each and every year as you develop as a lifter, your theory’s and technique will evolve and change. Share your knowledge with the less experienced. Keep the sport positive.
