Here is a quick run down of what a day looks like in the life of ‘The Tank’
6 A.M. My alarm goes off. I hit the snooze button.
6:10 A.M., alarm goes off again. The Tank gets verticle and put his feet on the ground to start his day. I use the bathroom like most of us do first thing in the morning ,lol. I get dressed, always have matching shorts and a shirt that match. The most important thing about my daily gym wear, I will always have a pair of Jordan’s on that match. I get on my knees and pray. This a trait that I was taught by my momie when I was growing up and it has translated into my adult life. I then brush my teeth, comb and brush my beard and head downstairs to the Kitchen.I pack my ISO BAG with my first three meals. I take my OxyMax XT , made by my awesome sponsor, Performaxlabs. Then I open my patio curtains so my plants can get some sunshine all ay to grow. I love my babies.
7 A.M., I am off to the gym.
7:30 A.M. I, arrive at my home gym of Power House gym and I do my first session of cardio on the stair master.
8:30 A.M. , I train my first 3 clients.
10:00 A.M., take Hyper Max, then I eat my 2nd meal before I train.
10:30 A.M., that Hyper Max has kicked in and now it is time to train. I train any were from 25 minutes to 50 minutes depending on what body part I am training. After training, I eat my 3rd meal and head home for my daily break and maybe run some errands when I need to. I eat my 4th meal,do some work on laptopand watch my soap operas till they go off and watch ESPN FIRST TAKE.
3:00 P.M. then it is nap time. I take a nap till 3:45. I eat my 5th meal then I head back to the gym for my 2nd training session at 4:30. Depending on what day it is I eat my 6th meal after.
5:30 P.M. I am back at work training my clients till 9:00.
9:30pm, I get home, shower, eat, and do some work on the laptop and watch T.V. I am a night hawk and I don’t have the ideal sleeping habbits so I am up till 12 or 1 then The Tank heads upstairs to lay it down for the night. 6:A.M. comes back around and I am up to do it all over again!
Next time we will look into a general off season diet and what it takes the fuel the Tank!
